Returning a purchased PWR Product

When purchasing a genuine PWR Performance Product, please make sure your part number selection is correct for your vehicle and/or purpose. If you are unsure, please contact our experienced sales safe prior to purchasing at info@pwr.com.au or 07 5547 1600 to discuss in more depth, otherwise incorrect product ordering could result in a non-refundable item.

Please note any products that have been test fitted, filled with coolant, modified in any way from the original design or damaged will result in a non-refundable item.

Please also note shipping costs in your original purchase will not be refunded.

Transactional Fees & Costs 

Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay and Zip Money, any order cancelled by the purchasing customer using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee. 

How do I return my PWR product?

Firstly, contact the sales staff at PWR via phone or email if you require a return of your item.  You will be required to supply 4 photos of the product to confirm its condition, invoice number and a reason as to why you want to return the product. If PWR approves your return request, you will be contacted to organise shipment back to PWR. Returning shipping costs will need be organised and covered by the customer, a restocking fee of $88.00 will be charged.  

When will the refund be processed?

Once the PWR product arrives back to us, it will be inspected and if deemed to be in its original condition please allow 48 hours for the approval refund to be processed.
